Absolutely amazing. We are a family of four with two high energy toddlers. The facilities are perfect but the staff are something else, nothing is too much trouble and they really do love the children.
I stayed at Sandi Agung for 8 days in March with my partner and another couple. IT WAS AMAZING! I couldn’t fault anything. The staff in particular just made us all feel so comfortable and nothing was too much to ask.
They gave us a local mobile phone on arrival with their number saved so if we ever needed to be picked up they could send one of their staff members to come and get us. They offer a local (Seminyak) drop off and pick up service, this came in sooooo handy for us. One day we were wanting to go to Legian, so they still took us and just charged a couple of extra dollars to our room.
The pool, room service, messages, rooms and bathrooms all totally exceeded our expectations!
We are now friends with most the staff on Facebook and can’t wait to go back and visit them all.
Beautiful people. Wonderful service. Fantastic location. Amazing villas where you can get away from it all. Very private. We keep going back. Would not stay anywhere else. Family owned which I love. Staff are always so helpful. They will organise everything to make your holiday special. Pick up and drop off to the airport. Highly recommended
